Coaching for Chronic Pain
If you are one of the brave ones living with chronic pain, you already know how challenging it can be to manage the day to day. Add in extra stressors like finding sympathetic employers or negotiating back to work, balancing your own self-care with family obligations, or navigating interpersonal relationships, and life can easily seem overwhelming. This is where I can help.
I am a Registered Professional Counsellor-C with chronic pain coaching experience through Pain BC. I also live with a chronic condition and know how debilitating it can be. Sessions are available by phone or virtually, and are designed to help you:
• Improve your self-management skills
• Move out of the feeling of 'stuckness' that many people with chronic pain feel
• Improve your sense of well-being
• Decrease anxiety and social isolation
