Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, are of paramount importance to us!
We are implementing the government recommended practices for social distancing and hygiene protocols to protect against the transmission of COVID-19 virus. Your attendance at the studio is AT YOUR OWN RISK and you may contract COVID-19 as a result of your attendance. Infection could result in flu-like symptoms, inhibited breathing, and may cause death. If you know you are immunocompromised or otherwise believe you are at risk of death or significant illness in the event of the infection of COVID-19, you should not enter the studio. If you exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms or have been told to self-isolate please do not come to the studio. You may return once you have been cleared by a doctor or have been symptom free for 72 hours.
At Moving Body Pilates studio, we use an intelligent, functional and integrated approach to whole body wellness grounded in the principles of the Pilates method. Each exercise you do with us will be devised from a thorough assessment of your posture, alignment, body history (yes, your life history is written within your body!) and personal goals.
Our highly skilled, attentive and experienced instructors are passionate about life-long learning and teaching. We believe that, given the right circumstances, every person is capable of making desired change. Our aim is to co-create that with you.
