Moving Body Pilates

One to one training

This is training wholly focused on your specific needs. Your first session lasts approximately an hour and includes a discussion of your goals, a postural assessment of where you are at currently and a discussion of any challenges you may be experiencing in getting to where you would like to be. A personalized program is then designed to get you working towards achieving your goals.


Private training is training in the manner that Joseph Pilates’ meant for it to be: specific, mindful and as unique as you are. We believe that changing long term patterns takes both focus and repetition, and clients have found it to be most effective when they are able to commit to twice weekly.
