We live and breathe what we teach, and what drew us to this field is exactly why we're still in it. The challenges we've faced in our own bodies and lives have informed and shaped the people we are, how we teach and our beliefs about wellness. As such we'll never ask you to try on something we've either not done ourselves, or personally seen work with other clients.

Commitment and Expertise

We are professionals committed to your journey towards your optimal health, and recognize that how that's defined is very unique to you!  Whether you want to continue playing with your grand-children, live better with chronic pain or discover what's preventing you from hiking the Grind in your best time, we have the skills to help get you there. For us, commitment also means striving to expand our own knowledge in order to offer you the best and most current practices out there in the mind/body field.

Personal and Present

How often had you had a conversation with someone who is distracted by a thousand other things? How satisfying was that experience? We know you've put aside time and resources to be with us and our goal is to meet you there 100 percent. It's why we teach only individual and small group sessions. We want you to have our full attention~ it's what we would ourselves expect!
